Only a few days until the convention and wondering who will be there. To the best of my knowledge, Mark F, Steam Nut, BN Fan, Diamond Bill etc will be in Suffolk.

Maybe one day I should consider doing a non NG convention.
Seems on this... hotel rates are so affordable and plenty of hobby shops around to get rid of loose change.

I'll be there. I'm giving a clinic on using paper in scratch building models plus our club layout will be on the layout tour. Hope to see other RR-Line members there.

I'll be there - on the MER Board so that means the Board meeting Thursday night.
I'm giving a clinic on how I built a scene on my home layout - I think it's scheduled for Friday morning at 0930.

There are some clinics Thursday evening. The 8:30 clinics are about specific operating sessions. Any one attending those? If not, let's meet at the bar at 8:30.quote:

It doesn't look like I will be able to attend, but if anyone here is interested in taking a drive to VA Beach and see my not quite operational layout you are welcome. I'm thinking that Thurs & Fri afternoon or evening should work but I will confirm with the boss lady.
