Thanks Guys!
Been ages since posting last. Been busy hosting a train meet among other things. Well some modeling has been done. I’m building a Bar Mills water tower as you can see from the photos below. A water gage needs to be mounted.
And a WS victorian cottage with a elaborate paint scheme (tested on one wall) which I’m not sure I like yet????

Håkan,
Both structures look very nice. The water tower has a lot of personality.
Regarding the house colors, I like the red body and the cream trim, but not the pink on the gables. Does not look historic to me. A dark color like brown or the red used for the body would work better in my opinion.

Very nice Håkan! I love the water tank. Nice proportions and shape. Is that the FSM tank.
Like the house too. The wall colors are appropriate for the 70's. might I suggest a dark brown for trim and window frames. Sashes could be black or red.

Thanks Mike for input! The top pink is my own idea as the San Jose house has the red color on all of the wall.
Bob thanks! No its Bar Mills Cranberry yard series. Lovely castings and very easy to build. I’ll try your and Mikes color suggestions on different walls and go from there????
Thanks Scott for the kind words!

Håkan, You have probably already found many examples, but here are a couple they may help your search for authentic colors:
