              Good luck JR.

When I mas much younger I fell skiing and hurt my right shoulder.

I couldn't lift my right arm above my waist.

After tests of all kinds and physical therapy which did not work they gave me a shot of Cortisone and 15 minutes after I left the doctors office I was back to normal.

Hope you have the same results.

JR, I hope the cortisone shots will be the answer. At least you don't have what I was diagnosed with last month. I have Polymyalger rheumatica, a stiffening of the muscles and joints which can last up to 4 years. It hits people over 70 of Northern european- scandinavian origin.
