Kathy and I send our sincerest condolences on the loss of your daughter. I have unfortunately been in your position and I know exactly what you are feeling and going through. My daughter's 15th year since passing anniversary was just this past April 15th. No words can replace a daughter. Only good memories of her. The only thing that I can say is remember the good times you have had with her while she was here on this earth. Remember her daily and she will help you through this sad time. The phrase: "Time heals all wounds" is certainly true in my case and I'm sure it will be with you. Celebrate her life when you are able and it will help you through. As time passes as she will always come to you and be with you in your heart and soul. It gets better with time but you never forget. Again our condolences on your tragic loss.

John.....such a waste of a young life, and such a pretty girl. My sympathies go to you and your family. I admire your love for your stepdaughters...I was raised by a stepfather myself and good ones are a precious gift from God. You are blessed to have Geneieve make such a wonderful request to want to take your name. My prayer is that you ( to quote one of my favorite TV characters ) "Make it so". May God give you and your family comfort and strength in your time of grief.
