    Joe, I don't know about this Peek-A-Boo elf, but I'm pretty sure I have a Peak-Freen elf running free in my house.

    My wife accuses me of eating all the cookies it's not me.......all of the time.

      Thanks for sharing the parade with us -- what a great idea for Christmas. Philadelphia has the Gimbels (now Ikea) parade that goes back many many years. The former highlight was Santa riding a fire ladder truck. On arrival at the Gimbels store he would climb up to the fifth floor, entering the toy department. Just imagine a department store without outside windows that open -- nothing like that today.

        Your Santa parade is now sponsored by Ikea, do they hand out candy allen keys instead of candy canes?
