We had a physical training instructor named Cliff Ames at the Flint police academy that was about like that, except he did it on a large rope hanging from the beams in the roof of the gym, I can still see him climbing hand over had up the rope with his legs straight out then hanging by one arm yelling and cursing like a DI from the military at our lazy a$$es as we tried to keep up. It was his example that kept many of us sore and tired until we managed to reach the top of the rope but never gave up.

If I would do that I'd run out of wind, and would have to reach for my inhaler!! Yes Mark drinking to much coffee does make some people over active.
