    The Stanley Cup on Tour

The Stanley Cup is the world's most difficult trophy for a team to win. First presented in 1892.

    http://vault.sportsillustrated.cnn.c...1/20/index.htm

    From Wikipedia:

"Unlike the trophies awarded by the other three major professional sports leagues of North America, a new Stanley Cup is not made each year; Cup winners keep it until a new champion is crowned. It is unusual among trophies, in that it has the name of the winning players, coaches, management, and club staff engraved on its chalice."

      Hi John,

Sure would have looked nice in Detroit[:-cry][V], but I'm also happy for Pittsburgh![^]
Look out for #1, but don\'t step in #2!

John, curious about this statement. I am sure that there must be some basis for it?

Can't remember where I read/heard that but probably length of season plus number and length of post season series.

Personally, I think that it is hard these days in sport to keep a "dynasty" together.
