  • MITER/CHOP SAW

HAY GUYS I'VE BEEN THINKING OF BUYING A SMALL MITER SAW FOR MY SHOP BUT I ALREADY HAVE LARGE WOODWORKING TOOLS AND DIDN'T WANT TO PUT THE MONEY IN WHAT I BELIEVE TO BE ONE OF THE BEST THAT BEING THE PROXXON BECAUSE OTHER THAN SIZE SET UP RIGHT MY RADIAL ARM AND TABLE SAW WORK GREAT BUT I WAS IN MANARDS THE OTHER DAY AND THEY HAD A MITER/CHOP SAW ON SALE FOR 39.95 AND BEING SO INDUSED I BOUGHT ONE MAD A 0 CLEARANCE INSERT AND NEW FENCE SET UP TO CUT SQ . NOW THIS IS A COMPOUND SAW BUT I'M USING ANGLE HELD IN PLACE TO CUT 45,60,ETC. SO THE FENCE IS O CLEARANCE TO.NOW I'VE DONE ALOT OF WOOD WORK AND LOVE GOOD TOOLS BUT FOR THE MONEY AND A 7 1/4IN 40TOOTH FRUDE BLADE THIS IS A REAL NICE TOOL.

Hey! Thats pretty neat!!! Almost a "Godda have it!!"....

My shop is crammed right now - no room, but I will keep

an eye out for one of these anyway!

      Thanks!

Nice tool to have, and it can be used beyond modeling as well. It's worth the price.
