I shouldn't give up to much wood as the "snow shed " may take a bundle .....

Good day all.

Back from the hockey rink now I have to warm up as well.

I think I am actually going to do some modeling today. The rain killed my house repair plans,too bad!

Les, I'll be interested by the pics of the finished articulated, as well as by a description of the Porter conversion. I have only one but it's waiting too... I want to DCC it before using a Backwoods Miniatures detailing set to give it some 'steam in the woods' look.

I will indeed post pics of the porter, thanks to all of your and spanners efforts, as well as others here, the conversion went well, the thread really helped. I will be making a Arizona Copper mining Porter, much like the BWM one. I still need to figure out how to make the arched top, but maybe I will make that canvas...I know how to do that. So mid week I will post some pics.

if I took a picture right now, you would see that I don't have the room, and there are still railcars and locos still sitting and waiting their turns. I am going to need the other 2 modules to stage locos and small trains, as well as punching a hole in the wall, ala Gauley River...what Tom did. Thats okay I like building locos, not to good on cars, but I will get there.
