  • Zimo decoders

I hope the CARM forum will prosper in its new home; as with all things, we shall see.

I recently got some Zimo MX64H decoders from Art Luescher and so far have installed two. I must say these are the best decoders for motor/speed control, right out of the box, that I have ever used. Art is a good guy to deal with as well.

My track voltage is set at 19.5V (2-rail 0 Scale) and my tests show the Zimo lighting function outputs to be 19V. If you are making calculations for what resistors to use for your lights, just assume the function output voltage to be the same as your track voltage and you should be safe.

    Cheers,

I agree 100%. Zimo is the one for nice slow speed operation.
