  • Wonderful catalog of PRR mid 19th century colored loco drawings

Grab this now! https://www.michaelbrownrarebooks.co...29ef820e1e.pdf The estimable John Ott collaborated to produce a spectacular catalog of an amazing collection of PRR locomotives. (And if you happen to have a spare million or so, please consider working with the Pennsylvania RR Museum to let them buy the collection.)

That's a beautiful book with all the colored drawings.
Lots of detail on the engines too.
But you'd have to model or be interested in very early PRR.
I think the latest engine I saw was around 1910.
Follow along as my dog and I travel the country in our van.
