  • Saturday, August is almost half over

Huh, everyone else is sleeping in, so I'll open up. Fried eggs, hash (or 'dog food' as my wife calls it), bagels (including cinnamon raisin), and Freight Car Journal blend in the big pot.

Tomorrow is the memorial service for Craig Bisgeier, so it will be a long day (driving down and back, plus the service itself...)

Good morning, Dave and crew. It looks like we have two breakfast lines this morning. We're going to have another day in the low 80's.

First, we're going for a walk, then some errands and this afternoon a scenery clinic at the club.

Good morning Dave and the rest of the crew. I'll take a double order of the "Dog Food". Travel safely to Jersey and back.

I saw that Jeff at Motrak Models is doing a run of models in multiple scales in memory of Craig. 20% of the proceeds will go to Craigs family. https://www.motrakmodelsusa.com/

Yesterday was beyond beautiful - especially for the second week of August. Overcast today with rain moving in this evening. Still the high temp will be in the 70's.

The plan is to mow the lawn before it rains again.

      Have a great day.

Rain here already, Bruce, on the midwestern side of the mitten, light and steady. Dittos on the great day yesterday, 360 more per year would be tolerable.

Great breakfasts here today, stereo heartburn…hash and peppered bacon….cholesterol overload…

        Travel safely.

        Everyone be well
