  • Wednesday morning lounge

Good morning all, from 75f and very muggy N.E. Indiana. The coffee urn is READY with Caboose blend. The special is a breakfast burrito with chorizo or not, your call. The oatmeal bucket is gurgling away. Other drinks at the end of the line.

A friend gave me a NCE Lite-it to play with. Interesting device that does so many lighting tricks, I e nded up falling asleep twice reading the User pages. I'll try programming it a little later, after I get the lounge cleaned up.

    That's it from here.

    Have a Super day!

I’ll just pass thru, no mess to clean up from me. Was as low as 58 in the night. Forecast and reported rain missed me. It’s not supposed to exceed mid 70s today. I do see a bit of daylight shining.

    Later? Zero…

      Good morning everyone.

Mostly sunny, with a high near 90.

Already took pictures of a couple of things I will post on FB marketplace after I'm done here.
      Nothing planned for later.

      Have a great day everyone.
Follow along as my dog and I travel the country in our van.

Coffee and a poppyseed bagel, and after I get myself close to functional - off to look for a new car....

Maybe in the afternoon I'll get some painting done.....but some gardening is needed - some pretty hefty winds yesterday tore into some stuff.

        So it goes....

Good morning Jim and the rest of the crew. It is 61 degrees with light rain here in S.E. Michigan. It will stay in the low 70's today.

A little after 2 a.m. this morning, our oldest granddaughter had her first baby. A little girl named Quinn. This is our third great grandchild.

Some appointments this morning and indoor activities after that.

          Have a great day!
          Bruce

Good morning. Thanks for the coffee and oatmeal, Jim.

A comfortable 72F with a forecast of 85 later today in northern WV. Very nice. We had a heavy mid-afternoon rain yesterday, so the garden should be happy.

The AC people are supposed to come back today to check things out. It's been working since they were here a week ago but they need to look for leaks.

While they are on the job perhaps I'll do some modeling.

          Have a good one.

          Mike

Good morning Crew and Jim thanks for pushing the day forward.

Bruce, congrats to you, Bonnie and the parents. Your third great one. That’s cool!

Weather here will be another close to perfect day. 69 now 80 later and not a cloud in the sky.

            enjoy the day

              Mornin' All!

Everybody have a good summer? It's a chilly 65, headed all the way to low-70-something, there's a cool breeze off the Bay and the grey blanket is overhead here in the northern mitten. The contractor showed up bright and early to begin "prepping" the driveway (grinding on this, digging up that) for repaving on Friday, and that essentially translates to "house arrest" while they work, so I'll have to deal with bills and such for a bit, then see if The Bench is still there.

Bruce, Best Wishes to Quinn and her parents and grandparents and great grandparents! May she have a long, good life!

Make it a great day, All, and stay safe!

Good morning Guys, and all incoming crew. Glad to see so many today. Thanks for opening up the lounge Jim. Coffee, it is the best way as we all know to start off the day.

78 degrees, and mostly cloudy here in Rhode Island at the moment.

I was told by a member that the body can produce 1 gallon of mucus per hour. Well, after using this nebulizer I can see it is possible. Where does all this yuck come from?

Looking around the train room these days, and I'm not sure what I want to do so, I'll have to see if anything comes up.

Everyone have a great, safe and healthy day. I'll see you all on the RR-L Forum.
