Thanks Jerry, Frank, George and Dave. From the amount of replies, it looks like everyone likes signs. It's one of my favourite bits to finish off a structure.
Gives it spots of colour to draw the eye in.

Thanks Greg, but not in our lifetime.
Live Long & Prosper.

Thanks Bob & Mike. You both know a Fair Haven. Must be nice towns.

Thanks Carl, for the kind offer. I think I've got enough at the moment, but maybe you have something special in your collection. I sure have spent a lot of time researching to find these ones. I don't want to over do it with them, So I may build a small boat hire / bait shop to go with this building.
Then I can add even more signs.

Here is the front with signs added, and the water tank sitting in place, not glued on yet.
And I want a large sign:- No Wake - 5MPH, probably located under the upper windows.

I think I've gone about as far as I can go on the actual structure for now, as I need the decking in place so I can add posts and some other bits.
I'm looking forward to doing the deck, but not quite sure where to start.
It's not straight forward as it is split level, I'll have to think about it.

Rob, I have every confidence that you will 'figure it out'. In the meantime, until you get the posts in place, please don't fill the tank with water!

That's a fine looking building, Rob. I've enjoyed watching it come together.

Rob,
That is a fine looking structure! Very handsome.
Nice water tank!

Rob,

I have to agree with the others before me, this is a great looking structure. You have captured the feel of a dockside establishment. Nice work.

Thanks Bruce, George, Dave, Scott, Karl, Rich & Ray. I very much appreciate your kind words.
Now the fun begins with the wharf.
I have some ideas, but think I might do a cardboard mockup to see how it looks.

And Bruce, you spoke too soon.

These two discussing who's job it was to fasten it down, before filling it up.

"I thought you were doing that". "No I thought it was you".
They could both get a job in the Government.

Rob,

You turn your back for a minute to work on the wharf and the boys start playing around.
