Got an anchor winch made. Also the deck bollards. (The hauling winch is not fixed in place yet) Now just have to make a couple of otter boards to hang off the gallows. These usually hang on the side of the wheelhouse, but my design didn't allow enough space. Sometimes they also sit in a cradle, so I built one from styrene. Placed it at the back of boat, as that area is a bit empty. I painted the Model Tech Studios life ring. Boom rigging And deck clutter to finish it off. The net is tulle I will take some final photos outdoors tomorrow. I'm really happy with how it came out. The kit was under $12. Basically only the deck & hull from the kit were used, and modified those a lot too. But with lots of scratchbuilding I was able to make a really nice model.
