Howdy,

I tried to use the donate link at http://secure.advanced-networks.com/c4; however, it did not work.

Have fun,
Mike

Mike, as of November 2019, Joe was accepting PayPal donations at an email address for his advanced-networks.com business. I will email him to confirm, and ask whether he wants it posted in the Forum

I don't remember seeing this posted anywhere.
Where did you come across this info?

Some time back I emailed Joe (via an address I found on the forum somewhere, this was 5+ years ago) about the SSL certificate for the Donations page being expired. He replied that the cert cost more to renew than he was getting in donations, and asked me to just send funds via PayPal. But I've used two addresses for it and don't want to put up one till he replies to my email.

Joe answered me just now: PayPal donations for RR-Line can be sent to:

webmaster@railroad-line.com

This isn't either of the addresses I'd used before, but it probably helps with Joe's bookkeeping.

This address works just fine and dandy. Just used it and PayPal immediately linked it to Joe.

Thanks, James! And Big Thanks to Joe for keeping these Forums rolling!

Google will not let me access this link!!
It just takes me to the User agreement.

No reason why???

Jerry,

Copy, but don't "click on," the e-mail address. Open PayPal, paste the e-mail address in the "send to" block, add an amount and drive on.

This process worked fine for me this morning.
