Sunny and pleasant in the North. The lake has been noisy since the middle of the night but after walking out I see moderate waves but not matching the noise. Itís like the lake has a different personality every day.

We ventured out yesterday and went to Canyon Falls that are spectacular to see. A challenge to walk to. A nice fish dinner last evening at sunset overlooking Garden Bay on Big Bay de Noc was a great topper for the day. The girls enjoyed the day.

The work crew hasnít been here yet. Trusses supposed to be going up. Weíll see how the day goes. Weather is about right. Builder just stopped says their lift contractor canít come until tomorrow, sooo

Everyone have a good day. Each new one is a gift.

Good morning folks,

Rick, thanks for coffee. Glad you feel better today.

Larry, a bad internet connection is the worst! We stream everything, too and it is like we are totally paralyzed when it goes down.

Tom, bummer that the town was a let down.

Jerry, sounds like the model is progressing well.

109F here today, so I am going to work in the shop today. I love the smell of tannin.

Have fun,
mike

Good Afternoon,

Rick thanks for the cold soda.I have a Tech coming out Sunday morning so we'll see what happens.

Tom sorry that your trip wasn't more interesting. Hopefully you can have a bunch of days where you feel good.

Jerry thanks; it's just not right when something is wrong with something that you're paying for each month and you get the run-a-round.

Karl hoped you enjoyed the Falls and the fish dinner; sounds great.

Mike yes the downed internet is annoying. Hopefully they can fix it right.

Going to be in the upper 80's today so maybe mow the lawn this afternoon? Not much else going on today.

Have a great day guys.

Good morning everyone.

Coffee, hot water for tea and a variety of cold sodas are ready to go.

Partly sunny, with a high near 84.

Tom, sorry the trip wasn't that fun and I hope you're feeling better.

Jerry, more beach weather today.

Karl, sounds like you had an outstanding day.

Mike, 109 is HOT.

Larry, what's happing today?

Got my test results already yesterday.
Negative.
I asked the Dr.'s if it's not Corona why do I keep getting the symptoms?
They don't know.
At least I got a weekend off out of it.
Nothing in particular planned for today.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning from the front porch in Wisconsin. The thunder has been booming for about a 1/2 hour before I got out of bed 10 minutes ago. Thunder no rain and as I sit out here the boomers continue and a light rain is starting to coat the sidewalks. I am ok under the overhang. I feel slightly better, only slept 2 hours yesterday afternoon but felt refreshed instead of like I could continue sleeping. Believe it or not, THAT is an improvement. Still no results from the labs which I was told might happen as the priority is the COVID cases. It is a good solid not crazy rain now, Wisconsin in my area needs this rain.

My sister left for her next adventure, house sitting in warm at 106 yesterday Desert Mountain Arizona. I am in the house now as the rain has intensified and my IPad was getting mist on it. She plans a couple months there as the baby brother is at his new place till 11/1/2020 in Hawaii. I will miss her but Terry and my sister are great friends and with Sharon being here the last few weeks it was good for Terry to have someone most pleasant then me around.

Everyone be well at the beach, in the house, on a porch or in the UP watching their house go up.

Good morning folks,

Rick, thanks for coffee. Wonderful news about COVID test.

Tom, glad you are feeling a bit better and can enjoy a power nap or two.

Larry, no lawn to mow today, so enjoy the day.

Karl, did you get trussed yesterday?

Cooling on the Brazos, only 108F today.

Hoping for some shop time. Little things seem to pop up for me to do instead.

Have fun,
mike

Morning Gents,

Rick thanks for the coffee. Glad to here that your test came back negative. It's tough when you feel like crap and they can't tell you why. Hang in there and enjoy your weekend.

Tom glad to here your feeling better; keep it going. It's nice when your sister and wife get along so well. I've always gotten along with my wife's brother and sisters; although we rarely see them as they are getting older and my wife is about 9 years younger than they are. I'm sure that you'll get your test results soon.

Jerry beach day?

Karl how's the rafters coming along.

Mike what's happening.

Roland how's the layout coming along.

Upper 80's today then starting to cool down some tomorrow. Swapped the lawn mowing for a nap; haven't been sleeping well lately. Last night I slept through the entire night; what a surprise!
Mowing today and some more work on the garage front. Maybe even some bench time latter on.

Guys have a great day!

Good morning again. I got a call and then a quick visit from the County Visiting nurse. I am now a statistic of Lymes diease. My phone and email are filling up with my doctor, another county person and the Nurse who stopped by. Lots of info to digest, a run later to the Pharmacy for the heavy duty drugs. Terry is speaking to her niece who will check out the drug interactions. I feel better knowing I am not crazy and that the exhaustion was in ďmyĒ head. Yes, that was brought up! The reason I begged to get tested for Lymes is that my son dated a girl who after 3 years they discovered she had it and it literally almost drove her crazy. Iíve known some others who had it but that was up north in tick country. That is what the County phone calls were about, where was your contact places? Oh well, now we know and can do something about it. Have a great day! Mine got better.

10:45am Saturday and trusses are all up in place. Contractor was at another job still yesterday. We went to the pictured rocks yesterday. Another long walk with a 5 minute ďoh coolĒ then back uphill, twice as far as the trip down.

Good news Rick on the test.

The Dollís girls just got out here. Better join the crew.

Good day all. 75 and humid here.

Here's a picture of Karl's rafters.

Looks good.
That's a big overhang.
Will there be a porch and/or balcony?

Tom, glad you got an answer and I hope they are able to treat it quickly so you're feeling better.

Larry, glad you got some sleep.

Mike, hope you got that shop time.

Jerry, hope you made it to the beach.

Things have cooled down here enough where I can build a fire outside.
Did that last night with some Eagle Rare and will do the same tonight.

Beers, soda's, white and red wines and soft drinks are out too.

Have a great day everyone.

Good Afternoon,

Tom so glad that you found out what the problem has been. Hopefully the drugs will help you feel better for good. Fingers crossed.

Karl those are some rafters. I hope that the overhang is for a porch or somebody made a huge boo-boo.

Rick thanks, the sound sleep felt good. Enjoy your fire and Eagle Rare and thanks for the soda.

Have a great evening.

Plans are for there to be a full width deck with room for an old comfortable chair an old geezer can use to chill out and watch the lakeshore. Will be a ceement pad at walkout level.

Coffee, hot water for tea and a variety of cold sodas are ready to go.

Showers. High near 74.

Karl, going to be a great view sitting on the deck and looking out over the lake.

Jerry, there's always room for everyone.

Since it's a rain day indoor activities only.

Have a great day everyone.
