I built this square water tank in o scale from a kit, evergreen hills ??

I used fiebings leather dye USMC black thinned a lot with 99% pure isopropinal.

I also built this round water tank a more traditional one, scratch in O scale right around the same time.

If memory serves me correctly I glued in a card from below. I used floquil paints in blue and green shades to simulate a water color. Over that I painted a WATER LOOKING PAINT from floquil, "crystal coat" ??? gives it that sparkly look. I may have poured a clear resin over everything ?

Seagulls are from Keith Wiseman or Mckenzie Milling = Bill Roy.
