Hi All:

This is my first post so I am sorry if I violated any rules here.

Recently I too was bitten by the ON30 bug (I come from HO scale).
I have been looking to scratchbuild a railtruck or any of the smaller critters. Seems like the correct wheels would be the spoked ones or the wheels with holes in them(not sure what they are called). Somehow I cannot find a pack of spoked wheels apart from a scatter on ebay. I usually buy IM wheels for my HO scale cars and would like to know where I could possibly get some good quality spoked wheels.

Thanks,

-Raj

I did a project here using NWSL spoke wheels; http://www.railroad-line.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=36089
I'm told that NWSL is re-opening soon, if not already, and will be back in business once again. They had the best spoke wheels for all scales.
As of 09-30-2019 this thread said that NWSL is alive and well; http://www.railroad-line.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=52113

What exactly are you looking for? Bachmann made some for the Railbus and Rail Truck. I have a few sitting at my house. They were also available in the UK in HO.

My current build:

Try these guys. http://www.steameramodels.com/wheels.htm Their quality is the best I've ever seen. If you give the wheels a flick they will spin for days and days. Well maybe not days!!
