I really like the rusty iron roof and the contrasting slate. Actually, there’s a lot to like about your newest building here.

Bill...thanks for the link. I use Elmers foam board found at stores like Michaels (mostly because it's economical). I found that soaking the skin with alcohol helps to peel the skin easily. Someday I will try the urethane board.

Carl B...the factory is 21'-6" x 41"-6", the office is 14'-6" x 13'- 6" and the warehouse is 15'-0' x 28' - 0".

Very nice indeed. I will be trying your slate roof approach on my current build in 1/2 inch scale. Might even post a pic or two if I can get it right.
