In the mid 1980ís I traveled five times to visit the East Broad Top Railroad. Here are some images I shot during those visits and as a member of the Friends of the East Broad Top. One photo shows four of their locomotives under steam which was an occurrence that, to the best of my knowledge, only happened one or two years during the modern times.

Years ago I had a flood in my basement which housed my darkroom and I lost most of my 100,000 negatives, prints, slides and movie films. I had forgotten that I had lent out one book of EBT images and negatives to a friend who was in the process of compiling info on the EBT. After 33 plus years they were returned to me. Here are some low grade scans of small prints I had made of these images shortly after they were taken. I hope to do a higher quality scan of the negs in the future.

I really like the roundhouse shot, with all the 'live' steam!
