Please elaborate!

Very curious as details.

To act in the world is the only way to understand it. In this life it is given only to God and his angels and poets to be lookers-on.

The Details are different in every state I believe???? I went with the company called Power Home solar & roofing. No batteries involved..... My tax credit will be $8.600.00 going towards price of solar. I cant wait to send my 20 dollar check to DTE in mich when its installed and up and running.....the 20 bucks is for using there lines for storage

When their power goes out doesn't your power goes out with a grid tied system?

Grid-tied PV is just that - grid power goes down, it shuts off. The power companies have persuaded the NH Public Utilities Commission to not allow PV systems with batteries to sell power to the grid at all, though they are silent about generators (much more likely to be connected by a non-electrician and much more likely to injure linemen).

Yes if the power goes out I have no POWER from the Solar as they don't use battery storage and its a safety thing for the lines are safe........But I do have a Generac Generator that runs the whole house I covered my ass let the power outages come

Your generator should have an automatic cut-on/cut-off that will shut it down when the power comes back on. I have a generator but am tired of the upkeep so I gave it away. With non-grid tied power systems you will always have power no matter what.
