Good morning Dave and Crew. I had the back door open but it’s too cold to have both doors to the Lounge open. Got me by 3 minutes Dave, thanks for opening the front door.

1” at least of white fell overnight. I will check it out after the fitness center. MBKliens broke my futile resistance to train purchases for this season. The sale was very good, free shipping, no tax and I needed! everything I ordered. So my 1st present to myself for Xmas is on the way.

The daughter stopped last night asking what I want for Xmas. While looking at the layout she asked if the sawtooth building I am trying to build was next to the soccer fields in Wausau. Said yep, but I’m not doing too well with it. She said, “dad, I have the laser you gave me, should be a piece of cake.” She’ll have new plans tomorrow, hehe! Need windows, another purchase, oh no!

23 and snow today in Michigan. It gad been knight but seems to have picked up some since I started this.

The plan here is to stay in today, the Doll has done her semi monthly furniture realignment in preparation for putting out Christmas tree.

I’ll try to figure out the new camera I bought myself early for Christmas. The autofocus on the lens on my D-90 has gone nuts and was told that repair would rival the cost of a new lens and the D5600 I bought was just a few $$ more and all new tech, so I bought it. Lots to learn. I looked online for the manual, it’s a ~450 page download. Time for a For Dummies book I guess. So far I have managed to charge the battery and put in the memory card.

It does look chilly out the window. Everyone have a good day.

Morning.
No new stuff for me. All the old stuff is still working OK although a bit slower.
Sun is out and I have a quick appointment with the heart doc.

It's above freezing but with winds in SE NH. Today's 'geology day', so not much training. I did get some work done on the Jacob's Coal build, starting to work around the problems I had last week.

A late good morning, Dave and crew. I've been wrapped around the axle on flight and hotel bookings this morning. It's in the 30's in Tidewater Virginia, so indoor activities are on the agenda. Next is a trip to the train club to install a chain link fence and start the scenery around it.

Have a good day.

Good afternoon to the entire crew. It is 29 degrees and snowing lightly here in S.E. Michigan.

We have been out and about running errands and getting some Christmas shopping done. It is now time to sit in my recliner, enjoy an adult beverage, and explode the capability of my new Samsung tablet. It replaces my 7 year old I-Pad. Its good to have a Windows based tablet as I never warmed up to the Apple operating system. Probably because all the rest of our devices were Windows based.

Enjoy the rest of the day!
