Wonderful nativity scene, Greg. Very well done.

I remember the figures we had when I was young but they are gone. Iíve never seen one that seems as nice but Iím sure Iím biased.

Thanks for bringing that great memory back to life. I remember laying on the floor looking into that scene and listening to the old Zenith Console radio playing Christmas music. Yep, I'm that old.

Mike, Jim & John, thanks for taking the time to share your nice posts with me.
I'm glad to read that some of you have your own memories about your own nativity scenes growing up.

Great Job Greg on the Manger scene. I have the manger scene from my grandparents some of the figurines are about 80 yrs. old my parents give it to me one Christmas I ask them where the manger scene was they said I was the only one of my brothers who ask about so they give to me because they didn't display that year.

Mark, thanks for your kind words, and for your memories of your family nativity scene.
I'm glad to read that you got your family nativity scene.
Turns out my youngest sister was the one that got ours.

Frank, I don't think this kind of thing would appeal to most model railroaders.
However... I am hopeful that my first kit will be something that everyone will want to have on their pikes!
