Morning everyone

Thanks for the coffee Rick.

Weather in South Jersey just plain ugly!! Sleeting/32. 40's later so say the WEATHER WEENIES!

We will not be out and about today due the slick roads here. So some staining of wood for the floor of the machine shop!

Everyone have a great day!!

Hump day! off again for 3 days!

Help yourself to coffee and donuts!

Have been trading with Larry (Biglars) lately, have his parcel hopefully finished today.... maybe. Way behind!

The rain finally stopped, lots of flooding here but was spared on high ground.
Have a great day!

Philip

Good morning everyone.

Thanks for the coffee Philip.
Brought a bag of mixed bagels and muffins for breakfast.

We ended up with less than an inch of slop.
Temps will reach into the low 40's so it should be gone by EOD.

Getting a late start today.
Didn't get home till after 2 last night.
Great show by Ana Popovic.

Not sure what I'll do today.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning from So. Wisconsin the land of broken snowblowers. I have had a miserable day in the yard. I knew I was running out of gas and I did one sweep about 200í from the garage door. Out of gas, I really thought I had more. Took the AWD wife mobile to the gas station then home filled up the blower and an 1/2 hour later maybe 20% done the snowblower stopped moving. Broken clutch cable, left it there. ATV with a straight plow couldnít handle the amount of drifting. Snowblower is picked up by a V plow equipped pickup and trailer and I am told 2 weeks. He created a path in the driveway for me. But the SIL doesnít put his pickup in 4wheel drive going up hill, he gets struck in the non plowed part of my driveway. Got him out and he finished the driveway. Other than that, I am great! I think Iwill mix the diet Dr. Pepper with some rum and see how messed up my labs will be at 3pm. Itís a non fasting lab, this should freak the doctor!

Everyone have a good day, I am going to shower and take a nap!

Tom

Good morning everyone.

Coffee, hot water for tea and diet Dr. Peppers are ready to go.

Sunshine and upper 40's in Joisey today.
Sounds like a good to get the bicycle out and go for a ride.

Jerry, you guys had 45 mph winds?
Nothing like that here.

Tom, sorry to read about your bad day.
Today will be better.

Karl, how did the check up go?

Philip, glad that you spared any flooding.

Other than a bike ride I have no other definite plans.

Have a great day everyone.

Sun and a little bit warmer.

Ear check was fine. New hearing aids were tweaked a bit and the drive over and back was an adventure in white out, ice, heavy snow and high wind. Fun as long as I donít have a Nervous Nellie riding shotgun, nothing takes the joy out of a ride than repeated high pitched intakes of air and two handed grabs at the door handles.

12 inches of new snow at our place in the UP the neighbor reports, took him 4 hours to clear out...16.5 inches in 15 hours in Negaunee near Marquette on the Superior shore. Makes our 3-4 seem anemic in comparison.

HAve fun all.

Rick, thanks for coffee and Jerry for the delicious-sounding brekkie.
Vancouver and the Lower Mainland is poking up from the big snowfall we had in the last two days. Snowed coninually for a couple of days. We went from sunny and dry to "holy crap!" I get Mondays off anyway and the dealership stayed closed Tuesday as well (wise owner). Supposed to start snowing again tonight and remain on and off for the next 48 hours. No bike riding here - of any kind!
Cheers,
dave

Good morning everyone.

Coffee, hot water for tea and diet Dr. Peppers are ready to go.

Cloudy but temps might reach 60 today.

David, careful with all that s@#$.
Soon it will warm up and you can get on your bike.

Jerry, ice isn't the problem.
I need to watch out for cars and potholes.

Karl, "Nervous Nellie".

Did 13 miles yesterday and do another 10 today.
Need to ease into it.

Might go to a Princeton U basketball game tonight.

have a great day everyone.

Eggs, grits, sausage and country ham this morning, toast of all varieties, some of that black pumpernickel is terrific toasted. Coffee? sure, some out of the red can over there by the coffee machine. Want some of the stiff little finger fancy stuff? Check out the k-cup unit in the other lounge...
We do have diet Doc P for TomO, tho.

Halfway thru February, 6 months from now weíll be half way thru Summer and grumbling about the heat. Spring will be here for 2 days sometime in May. We had a brush with the upper 40s and are right back into the cooler today with 22 and snow bands off of the Lake.

I helped the Doll at her antique store booth yesterday, moving a heavy piece of furniture. I then took her to Applebeeís for a late afternoon Valentineís Day dinner. Timing was good, the crowd was starting to arrive as we left.

Today is the first wave of eagle droppings so iím going to pay some bills. Everyone have a good day, safe and warm.

Good morning from the southern suburbs of Chicago. Stopped yesterday at the Walthers showroom in Milwaukee yesterday and Hiawatha Hobbies in Peewaukee. Today I will hit atleast a couple Chicago area hobby shops, Lombard Hobbies and Des Plaines Hobbies. I got here yesterday and it was 50 f degrees it is now +11 but -7 wind chill.

Dinner last night with my sister was at White Castle because it was Valentineís Day we needed reservations. We had a white tablecloth, plastic rose and an electric candle. It was a hoot.

Enjoy your day
TomO

Good morning everyone.

Coffee, hot water for tea and diet Dr. Peppers are ready to go.

A mix of sun and clouds with temps in the upper 40's in Joisey today.

Looks like we lost a couple of days of posts due to the Crew lounge mishap.

My two week vacation is over.
A nice preview of what retirement could be like.

Have a great day everyone.
