Sunny and cold this morning. 8 degrees and calm. Been quite a roller coaster the last 3-4 days after the departure of the polar vertigo machine.

I found the cursor had snuck out for a nip of brandy and made it pack before the next paragraph started, eccentric little guy, got picked up for flashing once, too.

Iím off today to the local Div 5 meeting over on the liberal side of the Lansing Metro area. I didnít go anywhere yesterday, was cold all day. 45-50 mph winds and the lake effect near blizzard had an apocalyptic feel all day long.

Weddings can be quite a deal, weíve had a couple since 10-10-10. Add in a blown hot water heater on the day of the rehearsal added more drama to the second one. Iíve run out of first timers so hopefully there will be no more.

Some of TomOís diet DrP will be a joy this morning. Then itís off to the meeting.

Enjoy all.,

'morning crew!
Rick, thanks for opening.
Big news here. Massive CP freight train derailment in the BC interior, near Field, coming out of the second spiral tunnel. Plunged 70 meters into the river off a bridge. Killed all three, unfortunately.
Be safe out there.
Cheers,
Dave

Good morning everyone.

Coffee, hot water for tea and diet Dr. Peppers are ready to go.

We're starting the day with temps in the teens but it will warm up to the upper 30's later.

Tom, I hope things start to warm up for you soon.

Dave, I saw a video of that crash.
Looked real bad and very sad that 3 lost their lives.
Apparently this train was a runaway and there was another derailment in that same spot a little while ago.

Not sure what I'll do today.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning. Rick, thanks for moving us forward and the diet Dr Pepper is always well received by me.

Our So. Wisconsin weather is crazy. Couldnít apply ice melt in temps under 15 which it has been most of the week until late yesterday afternoon. I still have large sections of ice but no sun to help the ice melt. Depending on which weather service you listen to the snow arrives this afternoon into the late evening. I still canít figure how at 28 f degrees it rains instead of snows.

Hockey game at 2 this afternoon, taking the 5 year old grandson back from Texas yesterday evening. I am avoiding the trainroom today, I must have created the electrical problems the layout is having. By staying away I am hoping they solve themselves, well I can hope.

Good morning everyone.

Coffee, hot water for tea and diet Dr. Peppers are ready to go.

Looked out the window and there's a dusting of s@#$ outside.
Flurries will continue till noon and then temps will rise to the upper 30's and it should all melt.

Tom, hope the electrical issue sorts itself out.

Jerry, you're doing a great job on the machine shop.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning Crew from So. Wisconsin. My ice is still there, maybe less than 50% of what started but all the 1Ē we got of white stuff is covering it. Starting at supper per the TV weather guy says 10Ē of white stuff over the next 24 hours.

The fitness center, my SIL wants a discussion today (heís bored after the stables were sold), vacuuming since it is either M/W or Friday, and getting out the electrical dianogistic equipment. That is todayís agenda, thanks Rick for the Dr. diet Pepper and moving this group forward in the day.

Good morning everyone.

Coffee, hot water for tea and diet Dr. Peppers are ready to go.

Weather in Joisey will be a real mixed bag.
Snow, sleet, ice and rain at varying times throughout the day.
Only an inch or two of accumulation.

Going to NYC tonight for a blues concert.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning. Rick thanks for moving us forward today and the diet Dr. Pepper. We received a dump of at least 6Ē of white stuff overnight and maybe 3Ē more by noon. I did get most of the ice off the driveway. My SIL got the balance of the ice removed using the bobcat with some fork/tongs that cut into the ice.

Today has become another cave day. I will fight the white stuff after it stops. Yesterday afternoon was interesting as around noon my IPadPro reminded me I had a dentist appointment at 2:10. When I returned I didnít feel right so vegged the day. 9:30pm I fricking went to bed, got up at 7:15 feeling pretty good. Enjoy your day.
