Good morning everyone.

Coffee, hot water for tea and diet Dr. Peppers are ready to go.

Cloudy and low 40's in Joisey today.

I'll echo what Karl said.
Thanks to everyone that participated here last here.
It is fun and interesting to see what everyone is doing.

Think I'll do my grocery shopping in the AM and visit with Mom in the PM.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning folks,

Rick, thanks for the coffee.

It's a winter mix outside at 32F and rain. Ugh.

I have much to do today, but the roads are iced over. I am hoping they are cleared by noon. This is Texas, and we don't do ice very well if at all.

Hmmm, maybe I'll hit the workbench.

Have fun,
Mike

29 and cold, the sky is dark as Hades and the overnight fog has left considerable frost on things. Snow is forecast for this afternoon.

I’ll be off to town to the bank and then possibly the monthly retirees get together around noon. Still up in the air about that, been over a year since I last was there, and it I didn’t have business in town I’d not make a special trip.

Everyone have a good day, the holidays are over. It’s just flippen cold and wintry.

Good morning from this sleepy head in So. Wisconsin.

Mike, be safe avoid it. My son is in Austin and he laughs because he learned to drive on snow and ice. He says ice in Austin means at least 50 accidents and impossible delays. He says, you can’t do 70 on ice, they just don’t slow down. Image that dumb drivers everywhere. Karl can tell stories about that I’m sure.

We have to get to Wind Point, Wi to see Terry’s mom, take her to the doctor and dinner tonight out with Terry’s best friend. Day trip that we are packing for a overnight as it is snowing here and everywhere else as we make the trip. Being retired we generally avoid trips in this type of weather. No choice today.

Dick Blick is having a rather large sale on Pan Pastels and pencils are at the best prices I have seen. Weathering products that I use.

Enjoy your day.
Tom

We are home. Weather people were completely wrong. Pulled out of the driveway and 2 miles from home no white stuff falling and none for the entire day.

I put a case of Spotted Cow from the New Glarus Brewery.

Enjoy

Thanks Philip for getting us moving this morning. It is a bright start to the day in So. Wisconsin. They say mid thirty
‘s today but after yesterday’s driving forecast I really doubt the forecast.

My wife has a bunch of things today, me, my trainroom has been neglected and I will remedy this. Tomorrow though is remove the indoor Xmas decorations, that is an all day event.

Enjoy your day

Good morning folks,

Philip, thanks for coffee and breakfast.

The temps have risen to 35F, so heading to lodge this morning. Tonight is Texas Western club officer installation banquet. That should be fun.

Stay safe folks,
Mike

A bit of white on the ground this morning. 31 going to 35, current cloud cover is expected to yield mid day to the sun.

Just talked to my older son, he’s enjoying his new job he started Monday. Working in an auto repair shop rather than sitting in front taking in work for others. Says he should have been doing that for a long time. I hope it works out, he needs it.

The railroad is getting very little done lately, but it’s there waiting.

Everyone have a good day, Mike’s “Firesta” omelets with picante should clear the cobwebs....

Cloudy and mid 40's in Joisey today.

Jerry, since you have experience cleaning a garage, maybe you can come clean mine.

Karl, good luck to your son.

Mike, hope the banquet was fun.

And just like that it's Monday again.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning folks,

Rick, thanks for coffee.

Fiesta omelets with home made picante sauce are on the counter.

Karl, too many people spend their lives working where they don't enjoy their activities. Good luck to your son. I hope he has found his passion.

Rick, are Mondays any different in a job like yours or is it just going back to work after a few days off?

Headed to heart doc this morning, then to help daughter move in to new place this afternoon.

Looks like we have a some rainless warm days ahead peaking in the high 60's. I am ready for it.

Have fun,
Mike

Have a great day!
