Looks like a tank buried in the mud in the lower right of the photo. Gives a perspective to how much mud there was.

There is a constant need for supplies. My industries need to be of a more portable nature as the lines did shift from time to time.
I will need a variety of lorries and wagons to transfer material to.
I made some progress on two wagons this week.
First I started the final painting on a water wagon. There was a constant need for water and it had to be mover forward.

Next is a wagon to more telegraph poles.

I’m enjoying the variety of models you’re building for this project, as well as the attention do detail in every aspect.

Thank you all for following along and asking for more.
The plan as I stated earlier is to make removable loads for the cars.
This worked out perfectly as the bunk on the WD car is the exact same width as the bunks in the wagon.

I added weight inside the load to help the car track better.

Lot's of interesting models you're building Larry. And all of them nicely painted and weathered.

Problem: tank attack. Solution: Saturate as many square kilometers as necessary with large caliber artillery (guessing 120mm or greater from the craters). Why the survivors created the first international organization aimed at avoiding wars...

Larry,
I too, am enjoying your modeling. Nice work.
I have a couple of those bunks, shown in a couple of your pictures, and looking closely, now I know what to do with mine. Thanks for sharing.
