Hi Mark,

Here's the plan with a 20" radius curve added, but I didn't bother to fix the scenery:

Take care,
Rob.

Hey All, I have a change in mind to make this a more eastern area layout.

This would be to change the sup[y dock to a standard gauge transfer point with the std gauge going off to the left of the layout.

All comments are welcomed.

Hi Mark,

Here's the layout with the standard gauge transfer yard added:

Take care,
Rob.

Mark and Rob,

Ideally you would have some way to make the standard gauge cars move on and off the layout but you've run out of room. Nevertheless, a good design.

Mike

I am really intrigued by this design and looking into what kind of operations can be conducted on it in conjunction with other modules.

I have an 11' 6" wall that I could put this on. I would extend it a little but have an engine house on the left side where the curve is.

Also where the log dump is I think I would use that as a car float. That way I could supply more traffic to the layout.

Anyone have any thoughts about an operational scheme for this design?

Jcoop, go back a few pages and this design is reversed.

Playing with this design a little.

I have a bunch of Kato Unitrack and think I will put this together and work on "operations" before I build it in On30.

The big addition is a car float in addition to the log dump.

Both of these will increase the depth but I will make them detachable so when not use they will be out of the way.
