Hi Everyone - It is 6:30 am Monday here at the Museum in Ipswich with showers and a thunderstorm predicted for later today. I have just brewed some fresh coffee and have hot water available for tea. I have also brought in some fresh muffins with egg and bacon.
I spent Saturday and Sunday cataloguing some of my huge colour slide collection with a view to scanning them before they deteriorate (some already have - though one of the staff at work can fix them using Photoshop). Mostly of 2 ft gauge cane railways and some Queensland Railways 3 ft 6 ins gauge.
Best Regards

Good morning all! Spent the weekend fighting chest congestion - this year has been my sickest ever! It's crazy. Spent some time wiring my modules only to find that the suitcase connectors I was using weren't fail-safe. So had poor connections here and there. Before wasting any more time I thought I would try a different line of attack. Managed to hunt down some thin solder and maybe my soldering will go better. Started getting my LED lighting hooked up as well - foiled by solder and cheap-ass wire leads. Sigh.
Rains kicked in again and that's the forecast for the week.
Cheers,
Dave

No Larry. You are an amateur compared to me, but for coffee and donuts I'll stick something in here.

Mark, Hope you passed your test.

David, Hope you start to feel better soon

Morning. Still lurking....every day.
I miss Geezer's banter and Tom's replies.
Not much happening on the modeling side except some drawing updates to make some accurate Tweetsie cars for a customer.
