Hello fellas,

Well, when I started this in February of 2013, it was just going to be 3 tenement buildings based on a scene on Earl Smallshaw's railroad.

Here it is February, 2018, and my scene got quite a bit bigger. I just finished building #11 and I can actually start placing them all on a big chunk of gatorboard to begin details and scenery. The buildings are all done!

The last 2 are the "S.S Adams Novelty Company" and "J&K Photo Supply". Also completed is "The Bun Also Rises Italian Bakery".

Here are some photos of the latest builds...I snuck in a few extras. My favorite places in the world are tattoo parlors, pool halls, music stores and camera shops. Yikes.

PS - Look what I found at an internet hobby shop...

Karl,

Lots to take in... these buildings look like crap.. and just in case you'd like to throw any of them out, be sure to pack them securely and send them on to PA!!

Karl,
Love the new build!
A taste of the old Karl has come to back for us to sit & stare at the photo's once again.
You know better than post some great shots without telling us what you used to make the structures come to life.
Thanks,
Mike Sigmon

Karl,

Fantastic group of buildings! I can almost smell the decay and hear little animals scurrying furtively about. Each of us probably has favorite details. I particularly like the security gate and the angled loading docks.

Simply OUTSTANDING!! The builds are great and you have a way with the paintbrush.

Karl,
Wonderful, dirty, gritty, rundown structures!
You are an artist!
