Martin, it looks good. You know what you are doing. The dtub at the end of the runaround on the wharf seems too short, but I know you'll build it long enough for your needs.
A customshouse would make an interesting building there somewhere, but I'm sure your problem will be in deciding what ideas to leave out! I await developments with eager anticipation.

ive spotted a problem.
its not my layout :D but the plan looks good to me, as useless as i can be with plans i cant see anything that wouldnt work trackwork wise. i look forward to the progress.
and i might be getting ahead of myself, but what do you have in mind for the next room?
