Mark remember my story of Vern and Louie the railfan field mice . Well I evidently have one on the Buffalo line again !! I noticed a hole in the plaster scenery next to the Reading Shamokin branch along side Norhumberland yard. Seems someone thinks they can eat plaster ground foam and ready ---- screen wire !!! It actually ate a hole right thru the aluminum screen wire !!! Traps went in place with more edible items !!!I must have super mice here !!!--- Ken

Ken: I think you should pull a John Allen and slap a number on his side, glue a Kadee to his butt, then tell him to help with the re-staging.....LOL

Quiet, too quiet!

Almost 3 months since our last update. I hope this is not due to PRR/NYC merger talks?

Never! Never to both! I've been in another one of those funks recently. Between the new career path, cleaning up leaves, getting ready for the holidays, and helping SteamNut haul live steam stuff around, there hasn't been much time devoted to the railroad. I've been tinkering here and there, but not any real progress to report.

Don't despair though, I'll probably jump back in full throttle after the holidays are behind us. But thanks for checking in!

Catching up on your thread, Mark. Nice start on that culm bank. Cardboard pillasters ... duh, why didn't I think of that for the rest of my big cold storage!?

Thanks for checking in Vagel! I'm way past due for an update, not that there is that much to tell. But now that the holidays are over I'm back at it! The colliery is on hold for a short time while I go around the layout and define a few other areas. I think I suffer from modeler's ADD! I keep bouncing around to different areas. But heck, I'm having fun! I'll post an update in the next few days when there is something to show.
