Very nice looking flock of corn, I can understand why you weren't happy with the previous garden.

Thanks Bob, while we are on the dry side here it hasn't reached drought levels yet. I hope you get some rains soon. Thanks Joe! Lynn I was happy with the "backer" when they were 400 in a field that you viewed from 3 feet or more. But from 2 foot and only about 36 plants it just wasn't cutting it. Never knew corn came in flocks before? Next thing ya know we will have herds of tomatos and schools of watermelons!

Been working on the hill to the left and behind the trailer. Normally you wouldn't see the backdrop, it's there so you don't see the hallway.

It seems like forever but I'm finally getting back to work on the layout. With phase one pretty much finished (yeah, I know they are NEVER truely finished ) it's time to start on Phase two. It will fill in the space on the left hand side of the layout over to the doorway. In time a hole will be punched thru the wall and it will lead to a staging yard in the hallway. it will connect with the track coming out from under the bridge.

I have the bench work (such as it is at 1 foot by 3 foot) done. The foam and track are just laying there for now.

Mike

Glad you've returned to the modeling bench and layout. That photo of the bridge over the track looks super.
