Hi Mike,

My Railroad is shut down at the moment. Since the water damage, I have decided to take a break from working on it. At the time before the water damage we were having some electrical issues as well. So I guess it all just took the winds out of my sails.
I still really enjoy the hobby and working on the Park project just might get me going again.

Merry Christmas everyone!

Tim, it's great to hear from you. The railroad you guys are building looks great. I like the 'scenery before trackwork' approach you are taking. I assume it's working out well?

I do hope you get the fires to get back to your layout Tim as it's beautiful. I can understand how so many problems would take the wind out of your sails.

Tim,

Sorry to hear of the water damage. Hopefully the Overland Green River Basin will come back strong at some point down the road.

Hi Everyone

I have just spent hours going from page 1 to 101 and am absolutely speechless.

I was wondering if anyone knew if Tim ever continued on this railroad?

The last post is from 2013.

I saw Tim's layout when he opened it for the 2016 NMRA convention in Indianapolis. It was beautiful.

Ok so he ended up finishing it then?

Really sad he stopped updating this thread s he has been such an inspiration to me and I am sure many many others.

I agree with everyone else on the amazing quality of Tim's layout.
I sent him an email and PM asking him to stop in and give a progress report.
