Carl. Congrats on finishing such a stunning model. Your friend is a very lucky person.

As always, we appreciate all the time & effort you put into showing and explaining how it was all done. Always pick up something new or unusual.
Those final pics really show off all the detail so well. Another one to put into my to-do list.

It was an interesting little build, with some unique features and ideas. The "Steam Era Structures" company offered some great designs. Unfortunate that they closed down.

There is much to admire in your latest project. I liked the overall architecture and design from the very beginning. In the photos it appears substantial in size but I know it really isn’t. It has presence.

I find it well proportioned with regard to window sizes and the gables. As usual you did a fine job on construction with the roof especially well done.

It’s a gem.
