Posted - 02/23/2021 : 11:27:51 PM Well done Kevin! I admired the original Idaho hotel and was going to build one in 1:29 scale but decided it was too large! Yours is a credit to the original...nice work! |

Posted - 01/02/2021 : 6:53:02 PM it's finished. i took care of the last of the small stuff. it's done.

and here's one with the stairs to the walkway.
i also added a 2 step stair to the rear door and staircase up to the second floor door in the rear. |

Posted - 01/01/2021 : 9:01:07 PM an update: i finished the stone foundation walls and glued them to the structure. then i redid a part of the framing and 48 planks on the front walkway, and finally, the ridge cap. this pic only shows the foundation wall in the rear (still needs a shot or two of i/a) and the bar mills hinkle's package store. norton's is sitting on top of a frame i made out of 1/2"x1/2" stock to fill its space when i start covering the base with sculptamold i think the road hinkles is on is gonna be an incline.
