Iím a few weeks early posting this build, but this is going to be my start of the New Year project construction build. This Roundhouse 3 in 1 MoW Fire Fighting Train has been on my hobby shelf for many years waiting to be put together. After opening the kit, I found 2 crude metal 36í Box car underframes and a 30í covered hopper frame that needs a lot of filing, and cleaning to remove all the flash left on the metal frames. These will make up the start of a Water Car, Chemical Car and a Tower Car framework. Please check back, and following along with this build once I get started.

I hope its not too late to add to the "attaboys"!!
The posted photos of the whole train on the tracks is superb. I never thought that any of these plastic kits would turn out as exceptional builds, until they are put into the hands of a master. Excellent modeling.

Rich

Philip, thanks for posting.

Rich, I don't know about master. But, I do thank you for the kind words, and your continued following of this build.

Thank you Karl. That's about how long this kit was on my shelf. It was about the mid 70's when I got a bunch of these different 3 in 1 kits. It used to be the kit bashers dream kits.
The checker players scene is ideal for the fire train. Got to have those iconic Red Suspenders.
