Finished the doors on all of the entryways.
Around to the front left corner.
The main doors.
Last but not least.

Very nice. I like the color but couldn't figure out what you did. Thanks for the info.

Thanks, Ted, Bob and Rich !!
Dave, I used the ol' steelwool and vinegar solution first, then a wash of medium dark I/A. Then wiped it down with a damp cloth and some fine grit sandpaper, to bring back some of the highlights. That was just the top portion. On the tiles I went over them with some medium grit sandpaper then the same I/A and wiped it off immediately.
Good to have you following along, Greg.

I like the dirty color. What did you use?

Just catching up again, and I agree with those before me, this is exceptional. Can't wait to see more.

Thanks, Bill, Mike, Carl and Frank !!
I'm usually a dirty kind of guy. But it seems lately what I've been building hasn't really called for it. This building I knew I had to do something different, I'm glad my instincts were right.
And, Carl, what do you know about dirty... and decrepit?
||Posted - 07/12/2019 : 5:57:32 PM
I've been there done that. If something bugs me I'll take it apart and fix the problem till I'm satisfied. This is a great build. I'm satisfied.

Dirty is better...

Yes, it looks a lot better. It adds definition to the brick and tile as well as overall character.

I dirtied it up a bit.
And those missing sills were haunting me, so...
I think I like it better.
